Daniel Finkelstein
Co-Owner & Lead Contractor
Growing up in a historic neighborhood in Saint Louis, and the grandson of a carpenter, Daniel has been working with his hands and renovating houses practically his entire life. As the design and operations lead, he has an exacting eye for detail and a laser-focus on cultivating a great customer service experience for all of our clients. Off the jobsite, he dedicates his time to his family and continual education in building science and design.
Mike Sanders
Co-Owner/CFO
Mike is a partner in Five Quarter Construction LLC. He’s excited to be working with Daniel Finkelstein in this family firm focused on providing exceptional service and results to our home renovation customers. Mike retired from his position as President and CEO at Monroe Clinic in December 2019. During that time, Monroe Clinic received many awards for excellence, including multiple Top 100 awards, patient experience recognition, and quality awards. He’s looking forward to bringing that passion for customer service to this new arena. Mike is also involved as a volunteer in many community organizations, including the Fowler Dental Clinic, Green County Development Organization, Monroe Excellence in Education Fund, and the Monroe Arts Center. Mike and his wife Norah live in Monroe. They have four adult children and enjoy spending time with their six grandchildren.
